For as long as Delphi was willing to press on, he would follow. They moved deeper into the land, notting the occasional scribble or carving in the stone. The softness in earth between them, and the odd red glow that lit everything beneath the red sun.

His suggestion sparked her interest, and he raised a brow at her words. “Now you’ve done it” He teased. Who said such a thing when they were in the thick of? He would, but that’s besides the point. He watched as she marched over to a spire, and reached out a claw. He leaned forward, ready to grab Delphi on the off chance something did go wrong.
