Breathing [Six]

?owyn was being careful as she made her way around the new and unfamiliar lands. She was anxious, nervous even. She just wanted to get away from whatever horrible memories haunted her past. There was her missing brother; he had started it all. If he hadn't left then her parents probably wouldn't have blamed her. If they hadn't blamed her than she wouldn't have had to flee. Her parents wouldn't have tried to kill her. She gave a hiss and her dark tawny pelt started to bristle as she thought about how much Halgen had screwed up her life. She narrowed her eyes with anger as she turned and started walking the other way.

?owyn shook the thought from her head as she stopped her pelt from bristling. She took deep breathe after deep breathe to calm herself. Why was she this angry? It was probably for the better that she had left. If she hadn't left she wouldn't have a chance at leading. She hated her parents for everything they had done. More importantly, she wanted to prove her wrong about her not being capable of leading.
