A-Hunting We Will Go

Meili was happy to see that Azalea was friendly in return when she returned her greeting. In what little interaction she had with the russet-faced fea in the past she had gotten the sense that Azalea wasn't a fan of her, which was kind of understandable since she was with her brother and their relationship was... unorthodox at the very least. But Meili truly wanted to get to know Gael's family and hopefully Azalea was a good place to start.

She sat back on her haunches and gave Azalea a friendly smile as she answered her question. "I've been lovely. Just been keeping myself busy getting used to the new prey and everything on the island, practicing hunting, that sort of thing." She avoided bringing up her and Gael for now, not wanting to strike a nerve with Azalea so quickly, especially since Meili was sure no one knew about their engagement just yet and didn't want to start a fight with his sibling. "How about you? How are your boys? Kismet and Soren, right?" She had heard about Azalea and her sons from Gael and of course had seen them around the pack, but wondered how Azalea was getting along with them and how the life of a mother was.
