The Littlest Reasons

Esperanza's ears pulled back in embarrassment. She had never heard of anything about the pack and she couldn't help but shake her head, "I have not heard much of anything your highness," she spoke and looked down as she stood back on her haunches. She could hear pups playing around the area as they soon stopped and appeared before the queen, tilting their heads in confusion.

Esperanza couldn't help but smile at the young wolves and soon her face turned more serious since it was time for business to resume. The wind began to pick up as thunder roared and lightning flashed throughout the land.
