The Littlest Reasons

She had not paid much attention to the pups who had somehow appeared, but when she finally noticed them the Queen would give them a stern bark. "Go and find your mothers." She couldn't let them be harmed by a woman she scarcely knew. The woman confirmed her desire to join Glaciem, and Sendoa would soften just a bit. "What is your name?" Tail quirked behind her as she rocked to her haunches. "As I said I am Sendoa, the Queen. Our King is an albino male by the name of Isardis. Respect goes a long way with him, and in Glaciem in general." She would cast her eyes upward, watching the sky boil with clouds. Thunder rumbled in the distance, but it was a faraway sound, one that didn't promise rain in the north. Something still felt off, though, and the Queen would continue to watch the sky for a moment. Perhaps Isardis ought to be notified, though she and a feeling her hormones were playing tricks on her again.
