Get Down with the Sickness

A guttural growl worked itself up from the back of his throat and was spit from his mouth like a glob of phlegm; the sound packed with as much annoyance and disgust as he could cram into it. Gods below, how hard was it to shut up and listen...quietly? Baldur scrammed, his apology getting a slow nod from Thor and of course Akemi got all butthurt by the sudden, but quite frankly deserved, backlash and took off too. Maybe with less opinions floating around more would get done.
At Weth's suggestion, Thor snorted. "Yes, lets take him into a hole in the ground with no food, water or light." Brilliant idea, Weth. Brilliant. This, of course, he didn't say out loud. "The water is bad here and when was the last time any of you saw anything worth eating? We're better off getting as far from here as we can, probably back the way one of us came. At least that way we'd know what to expect." Pretty good idea, right?
At least Loki was somewhat helping, although Thor strongly doubted his sincerity and wondered at his motives. "Alright, I'll take this side." Giving Loki a dirty look for sticking him with the oozy side, Thor grudgingly took up position on Hati's left. What did a little pus in his piss patches matter anyway?
Yet more siblings arrived. At this point, Thor wasn't surprised. "But look, see, Eyfura? We're helping each other. That has to count for something." If any member of the remaining peanut gallery had anything to add to that they had better bite their tongue. Silent cohesion, that's all he wanted. Loki to man the right side, Weth to do whatever the hell she felt like doing and Hati to suffer along without biting anyone. Was that too much to ask?
The brute glared a warning at Loki over Hati's back. Not another word, smart-ass. His eyes then flicked to Freyja, slightly annoyed with her Loki-like entrance. "If at any time you feel like jumping in, feel free."
