Over and over again

She was excited to see him. He could hear it in her voice, see it in her smile - and when she greeted him somewhat clumsily in his tongue, he would return the sentiment with a smile of his own. "Dame Roux - Miss Red, Bonjour." The reply came naturally, and although he didn't have too much of a sense of personal space, paired with the emotion that she greeted with him, he would flush slightly. Sentiment was new to him, even if space was not something he thought much of. She overloaded his meager senses, and left him struggling to hold onto the void in loosing track of his sister.
Although he felt it was some sort of sin, he would place his despondence aside, because Sibelle was here and he really didn't want to miss any of her company. Perhaps she could help him locate Silana if she needed a break from her island? "If you seek adventure, the North ees a good place to start." There was a lot here, such a vast amount of territory, and despite most of it being covered in snow, he never felt that he had seen it all.
This thing that they had found was a good example of that. Aeron would watch her wander away, his visage returning to a more neutral expression. Yet as she wandered further she would disappear into a small cavern, beckoning for him to follow. A woman with a journey in mind, he would not call for her to return - but obediently follow. Immediately he would be plunged into darkness - following closely behind the russet woman. When she paused, he would do the same, his head tilting as he wondered what she had stopped for. A moment later, she would cry out - and the male would rush forward - unknowingly skipping the step that had given out beneath her feet. "Sibelle? Are you 'urt?" The yearling called out, his voice filled with unabashed worry. Immediately he could smell blood - and his stomach would tighten, he should have warned her earlier.
When he reached her side, he would look her over as well as he could in the darkness - only for his nose to bump hers as she shakily got back onto her feet. A moment would pass, and he would meet her eyes as he waited for her response on how bad she thought the wound was. He knew nothing about healing, but she would have to get out of here and properly clean her wound. "Maybe ve can leave through ze bottom. I don't vant us using those again." His eyes were adjusted now - and the old boat had a few tiny holes that light peeked through where the sun hit outside.
