She seemed to glide from one place to another on silent wings. The silver and black female with the cross on her shoulder did not mind being alone at times. But in this case she had purposely isolated herself from her brothers and sisters. She had fled away from the battlefield when all was said and done. She had to get away, and so the silver seraph had flown off to the island in the still of the black night. It was here upon the island she search for solace, a place to let her emotions, fears, the overwhelming feeling of being torn apart, off falling, of her wings being shredded; loose. She drove herself deep into the island, racing blindly. Her breathing came in ragged gasps before she could no longer make her legs move any farther. She crashed to a heap, curling in on herself. Her sobs racked her body. She didn't know why this was happening, why she felt this way. It could be possibly due to the two pack fighting, their emotions, or being vaguely aware of her family. It had all been too much to take in. She had stood there like an empty shell, just staring.

Perhaps it was the sound of those two females fighting. The ripping and tearing of skin, fur flying, blood being spilled. She had simply shut down completely when it had happened, only able to responded to her siblings in an accordingly fashion so as not to worry them. Night and exhaustion finally lulled her ice blues closed. Her sleep was fitful, full of horrors. She heard screams, smelt blood, the rivers run red with the thick flow of many's life source. Then everything was black, she could see nothing, which was far more frightening. She thrashed around in her sleep. As morning broke her eyes remained closed. She would not wake till morning had full set, and not in a pleasant way. Her muzzle parted in a hair rising scream, high pitched. Her body would lift to a crouched position, eyes opening but not really seeing. Her breathing was labored, swallow as the panic attack seized her. Claws dug into the ground as her head shook from side to side, trying to rid the image only she could see. Eyes streamed with tears, her voice gone from the constant screaming, choked now with the need to get some air. Her nightmare wasn't over yet.

I can talk!
