Paws wondered about, claws digging into the hot sand, soothing on her pads. Pale green orbs looked about, her world on able to focus on the beach itself. She couldn't even tell if Squall had followed or not. She felt not felt this light hearted and happy in so long it was like shock was sinking into her body. Every sense she had hummed with delight while her mind took mental photographs to forever store. Along her view though she spotted another in the distance. Her eyes and mind came into focus to see the smaller picture of things instead of the larger view of the beach. It seemed the other had seen her too, their face tilted towards her. Ears would twitch as she paused before looking back to see if Squall was there. But he was no where. Mentally she would frown before turning back towards the other. Paws would bring her a few feet closer but parallel to the other. She was cautious, shy but also curious. Why was he alone? But who was she to ever question why someone was alone. Was she not also isolated in the pack besides being with Squall? She would pause again once closer, able to see him in details. Now closer she knew this other was a male. He fur a handsome mix of red, browns, black and cream. His eyes a calm orange, drew her in. She stood there, unsure what to do or even say. It was a feat in itself that she had willingly come closer. She could not help her eyes taking in every inch of him, memorizing to the T. Finally she blinked and turn her herself towards him. Have you ever seen sand like this? She asked softly. It was a harmless thing. And honestly she did wonder if there was another place like this with black sand. Talk like this |
