Wild Flowers

She had stayed behind when the large pack had left to come to these plains. She needed to be alone and to think. Something she had once thought was dead had stirred once again in her. She was not one to usually stick around others, not unless they held that odd quality she liked. She couldn't explain it, it was like something drew her to Skogos, and now it pulled her to that Erani woman. She didn't understand it, but was hesitant to offer her service just yet. So alone she had time to ponder over that weird pulling sensation. She had to make sure it was really there, not just a longing to feel part of something again. Amia could be very picky with who she stuck around. But she did love everyone none-the-less.
Trotting at an easy pace she followed the fading trail scent of the pack back to their new home. She moved with a stiffness of uneasy. She wasn't sure she would be accepted, if that's what she wanted. But she had to talk to the white alpha first. There were questions she needed answers to. Only problem was how would she go about actually forming words with how she felt? In time the plains came into view. It was early evening, with the sun setting golden hues over the land. It was beautiful no doubt. She shifted restlessly till she gathered enough courage and howled out to the white Alpha of Valhalla.
