Silent Air

Against the sands the pale apparition of a lone wolf seemed to be busying herself in a little myriad game of chasing the tides. Of course not to say she won each round, still the idea of chasing and being chased by the waves saltine foam allowed her to keep her mind off of doubt and uncertainty. Neika seemed to have traveled a lot as of recently, going from one place to the next that it never occurred to her that she could be treading once more in someone's territory. That shit happened a lot to her.
Standing there in exhaustion , she watched the drawn calligraphy of paws being lapped away by a slow wave, realizing something lik this can only hold enticement's charm for so long before it to grows tedious.Shaking her pelt free from any salty residue in some desperate attempt to dry herself, it was then she decided that it was time to keep moving along until something else caught her curiosity.
It was then she spotted another hazy silhouette solemnly making his way down the shore heading in her direction. Making introductions was such a gamble she thought, since one as inexperienced such as herself couldn't ever be exactly sure if the other wolf they happened upon, may or may not be a foe. What if this was some sort of elaborated trap? Was it a possibility that this other wolf might think the same of her? It was such a complex way of living, always trying to efficiently be ahead of everyone's intentions even if they hadn't any.
