The view was beautiful and she looked forward to watching a sunset or two from this vantage point but the real beauty in this terra was the vantage point it afforded her. From here Kaliska could see the lower lands of the Rock Garden and Firefly Lake. Excellent for scouting out large threats. She hoped Raisa and the pups were doing well but for once Kaliska had to get away from it all. Ebony was busy and crazy at the moment. Virgil was staying in the packlands for awhile. Obviously she couldn't leave right after giving birth but there was also the tournament to plan and so many new and strange wolves she had to tolerate in this time of stress. She worried for the puppies safety and wondered if she was actually strong enough to protect them.
Her eyes caught movement in the shadows but as he fur started to frizz she recognized the scent as that of Ebony. Ah? one of the new members? The female leapt up to join her carrying a hare. She set it down and then spoke. Kaliska's head tilted to the side. She had no idea what the other had said but it was obviously some sort of greeting. "Heil and all that to you too. I'm Kaliska Kaltharsis, what's your name? You been in Ebony long?"
