Another day...Avalon woke with a start. Dreams of her capture would weave themselves into her mind for what seemed like almost every night now. She had remained alone here, since she had found her way back. But at the cost of loneliness. Still, she didn't want to leave. Her hope was that they would come back...some day. And what if they came back and she was gone? She couldn't; wouldn't risk it for nothing. Besides, what reason was there for her to leave anyway? This place was all she knew...besides the dungeons of Canttina's wretched pack...she wondered what was going on there, for it was still unknown to her that the bitch had killed herself.
Shaking her fur, she would rise and step out of her den. The one that once held her family together, the one she called home after the home she was born into was stolen away. The weather outside was fair, though chilly now that Winter was here. Fiery colored amber eyes gazed around, and for the briefest of moments she swore that she saw something beyond the mist. A tilt of her head brought to her the feeling of curiosity. But the last time she was curious, she had been kidnapped. Still, the aching sense of loneliness in her heart demanded some sort of contact other then that of the gulls. And so, she proceeded with caution towards the figure. Her confidence, at first was wavering. But this was her home. Her home. And she would not lose it again until she was ready to leave it behind. Swallowing back the fear, she rose to her full height, and although hesitantly, her tail would rise slightly to find itself level with her back. With a deep breath, she would close the distance. Stopping just a few feet away, head held high though slightly wavering. "You're uh...trespassing, stranger." She would state in neutral tones, hiding the slight hesitance in her voice. Mouth closed in a grim line...would this girl see right through her guise?
