The silver queen approached silently, undetected by the grey boy until she spoke. He jumped, whipping around, a growl escaping from between his already bared fangs. He relaxed some, lips covering canines as he calmed down? some. Her words irked him and he let it show. ?Hardly.? He scoffed, giving himself a good shake. He glared at her in defiance, steel gaze narrowing as he watched her. Novocaine could not read the silver woman, and it bugged him. He wanted to be able to understand the woman, find a way to bug her, she seemed to have a knack for irritating him and it simply wasn?t fair.
