Thoughts Give Form To Words

Ellis agreed to listen and a small smile grew on her muzzle as she prepared to tell the trusted healer her plan. "While Birch had the kids one time I went scouting out other territories and I came to a decision. I am going to challenge the alpha of Ludicael for the pack. I'll have the territory, the member account. My kids will have an official and safe home to grow up in." She shared with the healer with an anxious look. What would the healer think of this plan? Would it be considered stupid? Would she be asked to wait? Or was the healer suggesting she go ahead with it. Nervousness filled her. She slowly gulped as she let her anxiety, her anxiousness show through. The tired female was starting to get an equivalent to bags under her eyes.
Her eyes flickered with a sense of insecurity, the first she had shown since entering Alacritia and before meeting Birch nearly five months prior to the conversation between the two women. She blinked softly as she paced around the den, hearing the bird sound once more she tensed slightly, her ears perking as she listened. Stop worrying, Sequoyah and Laria will be fine. Last time I saw them they were playing in a cave nearby. No bird would go in there. She had to convince herself as she sat down and looked to the healer for some sort of answer. She relaxed, her worries fading from her eyes as her tail went back to slowly wagging against the dirt.
It was about midday outside and she knew Laria and Sequoyah would go barging in for food soon, but she had more important matters to worry about and Birch would probably be checking in on them (she assumed) anyway.
