She was so weak... He wondered how much blood she really lost. Some of her own blood stained his own body. Kar would give a soft sigh... And then finally someone would approach, and silently Kar would thank Siri, the goddess whom he believed in, before addressing the male. ?A mountain lion decided to attack us...? The tone in his voice told that there was surely more to it than that, though now was hardly the time for explaining such things. Nalyda could have broken ribs... And the cut over his eye was stinging like crazy. He still wasn?t sure if his eyes being narrowed as they were when the blow landed had spared the orb or not... But time would tell.

Kar would get back to his paws. Nalyda's injuries would prevent her from moving, however. The male would look to her, eyes sad. ?Her injuries are too bad for her to move on her own. I got us here as fast as I could but with the heat...? She was definitely in worse shape. His face bore the worst damage, other than that, really, he was just dehydrated and tired from trying to get somewhere for Nalyda to get help. He would move over to the water, giving a nod, lowering his head to the water and taking a few laps. It was hard not to just go all out as the liquid met his tongue, but he fought to restrain himself.
