Diplomacy did not mean giving the other person whatever they wanted. "Whether or not you truly are who you say you are, you are still a trespasser. You have no power here to insist upon anything." Her tone was gently chiding, her stance and tail relaxed and calm despite the tension inside. She did not know Roman's family, truly didn't know her relationship with each individually, and was not about to allow this girl to use an alleged blood relationship with Roman as an excuse to wander their territory. Tortuga was too important for her to risk on such a slender reason.
