It seemed Svanerna didn't disapprove of the chosen pairs and so the two brothers would race off together, Soliloquy's own howl would mingle with the sound of Scorpion's as he separated from his brother and began to run around the rest of the herd, dispersing them as much as they could together. Out of the corner of his eye he noticed Svarnerna and Crucifix following not far behind and Scoripion would break off to join them.
Soliloquy too would turn once more to alter his direction to join them and the chosen target. Scorpion had latched onto the beast's neck by the time he rejoined the others from his location, Soliloquy would see the opportunity that he'd been presented with. He would keep low until the last minute and spring up underneath to try take a grip on the buffalo's throat for the killing blow and hopefully swiftly enough to avoid any injury coming to his packmates.
