And So It Begins

He had stopped briefly, humming ceasing and eyelids slowly coming together and filling his world in darkness. Hercules would take this moment to tune into his environment, taking in a long and deep breath, holding it for a moment then would exhale. Now he could really listen to the grass's movement, brushing against each other, bending to and fro. It was beautiful. In the mix of this, the boy caught something in the air, faint but definitely there. The dark boy slowly opened his eyes, head turning left then right, there, something int he corner of his vision.

In one smooth motion Hercules would manage to turn himself around to face whatever was behind him, firey orange orbs falling upon a pup around his age. It was one of Virgil's kids that his mother was helping to take care of while their own was gone to get help. Other than that he didn't know too much about them, really only keeping to himself or his siblings, but not because he disliked the other kids.

"Oh hey... Thanatos." For a moment he had almost forgotten the boys' name, since he didn't use it too often. He would smile, putting on a friendly face and wagging his tail. This would be a good time to get to know his litter-mate, see what he was like and if they could become buddies. "What're you doing out here?" He asked curiously, sitting back on his haunches as he waited for an answer.
