Her growl drew one from him in response, the deep sound rolling from his lips like a peal of thunder. He was thoroughly enamored with the perfume that wafted around him, nearly giddy with the pheromones the nameless fae was shedding.

She moved to nip his ear, her teeth pinching his skin sharply, and in response he did the same, quickly tipping his head up and over hers to lightly threaten her own ear. There he froze, jaws centimeters from her, as she began to work down his neck. Valentine tensed, going ridged as waves of awareness rolled over him. He growled again, this time the sound a soft hum.

Seeking to return the gratification, he stepped forward and attempted to pressed into her, to lean against her chest and neck as he reached down to nibble at her shoulder blades.
