Dangling Feet From Windowframe

Buried in warmth and fur, Drashiel stirred as the first light of dawn spilled into the den where the king lay curled with his family.  Left ear twitched as he slowly opened his brilliant green eyes.  It was a warm morning, the first in awhile and a grin spread across his face as he realized the weather was perfect and it was time to take the pups out.  Stretching as best he could with wolves pressing in on all sides of him Drashiel crawled out of the den only to turn and peek his head back in.  "Rise and shine, my beauties!  You're missing a beautiful day!"  Head and forelegs in the den, butt sticking out in the air with his tail wagging Drashiel didn't care if he looked ridiculous.  He wanted to take the pups out to play…. well…. most of them.  Narcissa was still ill so it was probably best she stayed and slept.  After the other's were tuckeredd out he'd tell a story to her, just for her.
