He carefully cast his eyes over Vereux, noting that he'd managed to put on a more healthy amount of weight through Kass' hunting efforts over the last season. Bland, lean rabbit interspersed with fatty beaver and muskrat to put the weight on slowly enough to be healthy while still getting enough nutrition. He seemed to be moving around better too. |
