Astrea looked at her brother, her pale eyes watching as he sniffed the surroundings. The feeling of wrongness did not go away or lessen as time passed, in fact it increased. She hummed again as her brother told her he could not smell anything wrong, how would he? Stars did not have a smell... But something about that thought felt wrong. Astrea tilted her head at her own thought and then moved forward a step or two. She stopped again at that point. It was almost like a string was tied to her neck and guided her where she needed to go. She hesitated a for only a moment more and then moved forward more quickly. Only to stop in front of a tree.

Astrea glanced down her pale eyes tracing a small form. It was a small thing, with spots all over and very large eyes that gazed up at her with a stunned exasperation. She sniffed at it, finding that ultimately the bird was unhurt, but when the cry of the eagle priced the air she knew that the little bird was only fine because of her and Glacier was here.

The feeling of death that Astrea had felt all those steps back was now gone, only replaced by worry for the small creature. "I think its okay... mostly," She said looking back at her brother. She then looked down at the bird and sniffed it again, tilting her head and humming slightly at it.

A coldness seemed to pull Zori from her small daze, she blinked and then came face to face with the nose of another predator that her mother told her to stay away from. The little bird screeched as she hopped to her small feet, to only hit her back back on the tree she flew into however long ago. She looked up at the wolf, to only be distracted by the tail that was swishing behind the girl. The bird tweeted and flapped into the air and flew behind the wolf, landing lightly on her back.

"Stars!" The bird hopped about, her small claws careful not to prick the wolf. "You have Stars on your tail!" She felt the wolf chuckle at her excited whistle.

"Yes, I have heard that. Are you all right little bird?"

Zori gave a happy little whistle, her only answer to the wolves question. The little bird studied the wolves stars and the more she looked at it the more she was reminded of the night sky. Maybe just maybe she would have to stick with this wolf, she seemed nice after all, even if her companion was over large. Zori looked from the smaller wolf to the big one a bit more weary of him then the star child she stood on.
