Shaye would be disturbed from her rare find by the movement of another, through it would be the moment she looked up was also the moment the stranger spoke, and Shaye's expression would break into a delighted grin. The smaller wolf seened to know exactly what herb Shaye was unearthing, even if she didn't mention it by name, and seemed to know how rare a find it was, not just in general but in the season as well. Likely a couple more days would find the plant dormant if Shaye hadn't found it and prepared it for drying.

“Hi!” the young girl beamed, scrubbing dirt and snow off her paws as she focused on the stranger, and her little blue feather bobbed up and down with the movement. The Ginseng was carefully picked up in her maw as she took a step closer to the grey-black girl. “I'm Shaye” she introduced herself herself, speaking around the plant in her mouth. “Do you know herbs too?” she wondered.
