He had been settled into his den for a small amount of time now. After rejection from all of the packs, he found nothing better to do. Just a lonely hermit living in the redbud nook. The cluster of tree's made fine cover for his den. As a voice caught the mexican wolf's ears he went to turn to find out what it was. In the midst of the forest was a small pup, it made his expression move for a moment to that of surprise. Nose lowered as he approached.
"Do you know where you're parents are young one?" he asked in a soft voice not wanting to scare her. After all, if he upset her and the parents showed up he could have been in some deep trouble. Along with the fact, he didn't feel like dealing with being mis-gendered by an angry couple. It was even worse if the pup was alone, for it was dangerous for any child to be alone.
