Sun Salutation

The sun, for the time being, was a good friend of hers. She could see some of the world because of it, and she couldn't get enough of the warmth on her skin. She'd sit happily, her plump puppy body perched all relaxed like outside of the den. She didn't think about what kind of trouble she might be in if Daddy or Shaye got home, or even if Motif woke up and found her missing. At least she wouldn't think about it until another's shadow would come in between her and the sun. She wouldn't think about taking in their scent, as her eyes tried and failed to focus on the face she'd panic slightly. She was too short for Daddy or Shaye, but was it Rhythm? Her features would fall, looking quite ashamed of her actions, before a small greeting would be given.

Vail would perk back up, her curiosity obvious in her newly excited features. "Hul-lo" She'd repeat back as she squinted her icy gaze and sniffed lightly at the other girl. She'd smelled her on her mother's pelt before, but what had Motif said about her? "Lil'?" She'd question as she cocked her head curiously.
