Nuru was back in the redwoods with Florian, at least for a little while, to figure out where they were going from there. Even if they didn’t come up with a concrete plan yet that was alright, she had decided because as long as they had some sort of loose plan to keep meeting back up it was something. The young woman didn’t mind leaving things like this for a bit longer, though she had thought about her meeting with Medusa, as well as some other wolves here in Boreas… She didn’t need to rush a decision. Florian seemed content so long as she came back to visit. Sleep had taken Ngurulivu early that night, or at least so she thought. Her sky blue eyes flicked back open the hollowed trunk of a tree… only Florian wasn’t there when she looked around. She blinked, confusion in her gaze as she got to her paws. Surely she hadn’t been out that long? She got to her paws, not yet noticing how light she felt as she slipped out of the tree. Into a sparsely populated meadow. …what? She furrowed her brow. How could this be? What was this place? How was she here? Where was Florian? The forest..? "Talk, 'Think.' |

The man had felt it, the shift in Somnium as a living, breathing wolf entered the realm. He had noticed it before, when Florian had entered a few nights prior, though a the time he hadn’t known that was what the feeling was. Now that he did, however, he had been on the lookout, hoping that Ngurulivu or Gargoyle would come to visit them as well. He didn’t know how the dead could reach out to the world of the living, or if they even could. He took an unnecessary breath and started for the brighter spirit of the living wolf, knowing that he would not have felt them had they not been related to him.
The man approached, feeling the burn of their soul shining brightly as he did so. They were in the meadow-like area of Somnium, the same place that Florian had come days prior. His ears perked forward, a low rumble as he spoke to the other wolf though he couldn’t see them. “Welcome to Somnium. Do not worry, your time has not come.” He could sense their concern about the shift of what was around them. Hopefully, his words offered a little insight and calmed them.
