to say erebos was frustrated to be here against his will, was an understatement. bound to medusa's world at last, he found himself wasting no time to stir up trouble in whatever ways he could. certainly in ways that served him.. as he wasn't an aimless enemy by any means. but he proved stubborn with his resentments, ripe with fresh anger as he walked with a cold & hard gaze. he would take advantage of his stay here.
the land wasn't barren after all; in fact it held green grass & plenty prey. "And medusa couldn't spare a damn cub?" she ruminated in his mind- her offense playing over & over. he searched for an outlet, perhaps killing something would help in his pent up aggression. a release of some sort. thus, his binary gaze looked ahead, spotting some elk. he pauses from his previous walk then, his eyes assessing the scene as his dark ears swiveled atop his crown. "Hmm..." erebos's gaze hardened with discernment for a moment, glancing once at the darkening sky as the sun set.

Her thoughts were stopped short when a new scent grabbed her attention. There was mention of a new Curse roaming around and frankly Widow was a bit more than curious. Who had dared test their luck against Medusa? She smirked at the thought and followed the scent, only to find a large dark man staring out over at a herd of elk. Perhaps he was hungry or maybe he just wanted to kill something. Frankly, Widow was keen on doing either herself.
Despite her size she was quiet as she walked, appearing beside the man whether he noticed her prior or not and relaxing onto her haunches. Perhaps she should be a bit more careful around someone labeled as a Curse, but she was confident in her ability to silence him, even permanently if necessary.
"Welcome to Insomnia," she mused to begin with a venomous smile. "So how did a handsome man like you wind up with the lowest of the lows?" her smile melted into a smirk as her silver eyes took in the tall drink of water beside her.

she's an uninvited visitor, but he minds his tongue. assuming she held something of a decent rank that gave her the audacity to sit so closely near him and welcome him. yet still, he vibrated a slow growl, a rumbling deep within his throat that was meant for her to hear. a deliberate reminder that although their prisoner, erebos was of fragile temperament. these days, he was an inferno inside, a pit these insomniacs have never seen. with not just the muscle, he was well equipped with the intelligence needed to execute. medusa seemed aimless, tactless and impulsive.. she was an opportunity waiting to be usurped.
the large woman spoke some more, her voice taking him away form his silent ponders. handsome?. he knew better than to bite her bait, keeping her at an arms distance with an unfriendly glare that crashed into her own orbs. & to his spoiled surprise, she was beautiful, causing his eyes to break eye contact for only a second before returning to their harsh confrontation. her gold accents and rosettes were outlandish and new to him, frankly unexpected. "Wouldn't you like to know." he flashed a fang, displeased with the conversation as she nearly taunted his anger. he seats himself, bulk arms coming to sit relaxed at his sides. "What do they call you?" he sought her name before turning to look back at the herd of elk, face stoic of emotion as he purposefully left out the small talk.
"Talk" "Think"
She chuckled softly at his initial response. If she wanted to know so badly, she would go to Medusa for the facts. Though, fortunately for both of them, she barely cared at all. "Wouldn't you like to know~" She repeated his own words back to him with a coy smirk and rose from her seated position to look down at the elk. "Hunt with me then and if we're successful, I'll tell you," she said with the same coy smirk from before and carefully began her descent down the hill he sat on, finding a place hidden from the herds line of sight to watch and pick one out from the crowd.
