⌠ he was on the hunt for some rarer herbs, his satchel on his back as he trotted over the many channels of flowing water. between the currents were woven branches from the trees that draped over the land like serene curtains that blew with the breezes. with fall just setting in, the air was cooler yet still warm as the sun sat basking in the center. a nice easy day-, good enough for some studying.

he paused for a moment, coming to seat himself as he lowered down to drink momentarily. but his nose twitches, noticing someone in the near distance. "Who's there?" he asks, voice calm and smooth. ⌡

Sagittarius was never one to completely listen, but man she just couldn't help herself. The adventurous side always winning with the almost yearling. A smile tugging upon the corners of her lips. The damn birds didn't sit too long though, always on the move. Especially when she drew closer. The geese calling out over head, her black and crimson frame being swiftly taken over the different territories. Soon she was within the weeping woods, large willows hanging low. A voice ripping her attention. Her tail shoots up in a dominance stance but wagging. "A adventurer if you must know.." Laughter laced within her words her tail swaying back and forth. "Who are you?" She questioned as coming up towards the much larger wolf whom was dark as the night sky, yellow pools looking up to him wondering what he was doing. "What're ya doing?" Sagittarius questioned, no care in the world if she was becoming annoying or not. So she sat down near him and took a drink from the waters, her own posture mocking this much larger brutes. The girl however didn't realize that she had sliced her paw pad open on something, because pain wasn't there but when she turned back she seen bloody paw prints. Knowing that the scent of blood could draw in predators. She didn't want that. So Sagittarius turned to the man, before dipping her head and lifting her paw up so he could see the slice within her paw. Probably from a sharp rock or something. "Talking."

⌠ his question beckoned forth a spunky child. a little girl known as an adventurer approached him with ease and unyielding curiosity. he admired it, his eyes softening on the puppy that sat near him. a kind smile etching on his features as he sighed, amused with the youth. but he smells the injury, his eyes looking behind her to see the trail of small red paw prints. "Look's like you need some help." he chuckled, slowly getting to answer her own questions. "I am Érebos. And I was gathering herbs. But now it looks like I'm patching up an adventurer. first thing one would need to do is disinfect the wound."

he went and looked in his satchel, pulling out bandages and topical antibiotic paste made from turmeric and aloe vera innards. "May I?" he asked, polite as he watched her patiently. ⌡

Sagittarius soon began to pay attention to the masculines vocals that slipped from his ashlike lips. Offeriing a small lift of her upper lip to his chuckle. She kept herself on guard around the unknown brute. "What kind of herbs? And how are we going to patch this adventurer up?" Tilting her skull to the side so the tips of her ears flop just slightly. She wondered now how it would go about. Maybe explantions were in order? She smirked as lifting her paw to him. "What's that stuff?" It sounded a mixture of demand and question. As lifting her paw for him to take a close look at it. "Talking."

⌠ she asked more questions, and he was more than happy to educate her. would she too result in a fellow healer? the world could always use some more of those, after all. his smile never faded while she continued to inquiry about his tools. wondering then if his own daughter would be the same way. "These are bandages. made of pelt fibers. steeped in alcohol for hours to make them sterile. And this is antibiotic paste I've made. I perfected it a few months back. Tumeric and aloe vera." he then began to work the paste into his right paw, aiming to place it delicately onto her pawpad. ⌡

She listened to him. Her ears perked completely. Taking in the knowledge he offered to Sagittarius. She looked to the bandages he had woven together carefully or was it just already woven together? The girl had no idea. No recall if she was going to be honest. But the paste he made smelt nasty, but had a cooling effect to her paw, and the best thing is it didn't hurt as she watched him carefully place it onto her paw. Taking in everything that she could. "So after you apply the paste you put the fibers on over it?" She wondered if dirt would still gather there. As she was curious completely. "Can't infection still set in though?" "Talking."

⌠ "smart adventurer." he smirked, his head nodding in affirmation as he was impressed. she'd make a fine healer one day. " yes. Cleaning it once every three days is needed for optimal healing. the speed of it as well." Érebos then grabbed the fiber bandages, carefully wrapping it over her pawpad with consideration. "make sure when you get home, to let your parents clean it after the next few days. this repeated treatment will have you healed in no time." his smooth voice said, packing his items and paste in his satchel once more. "For now, this will do." glancing over his neat work, it was the trademark of skilled healer no doubt. he knew her parents would want to inspect so he made sure to use only the best ingredients for the youth. "Be more careful adventurer." with a smile, he slowly got up to pass her by. returning back to his agenda and leaving the puppy be. ⌡
