We're one and the same, deranged!

Novocaine was laying by the river, steel gaze watching the fish lazily floating by. He was wasting away here, the bastard of a brother that had killed his mother was walking free and alive out there and here he was trapped within the confines of his gilded cage. With a growl he lunged forwards, front paws splashing into the river as he snapped at any fish that was in range. They all darted away and he was only left with a dripping muzzle. Lifting it from the cool water her pulled back, and wheeled angrily away from the river bank. Fangs glinting in the weak autumn sun he snapped his gaze around him. What he needed was a distraction. |

She had not seen the boy since he had sought acceptance into the pack, he had all but vanished within her borders, keeping to the shadows. It was a waste really, for him to be lounging around doing nothing. The silver Queen left the confines of her forest, and wandered into the canyons of the river, following his trail quietly. She was about ten minutes behind the boy but when she arrived she could see the glinting of his fangs in the sunlight and the water dripping from his muzzle. "Playing games are we?" She would come to a stop several feet behind the boy, coral pools watching him, a perpetual smirk plastered on her dark features. Tail swayed at her hocks as the Queen observed the boy. His brother had vanished into thin air as well, but she had no concern for the older boy right now. Her focus on his Novocaine and what she could mold him into. He already had the potential to be great, he just needed to stop playing child's games and start training.

The silver queen approached silently, undetected by the grey boy until she spoke. He jumped, whipping around, a growl escaping from between his already bared fangs. He relaxed some, lips covering canines as he calmed down? some. Her words irked him and he let it show. ?Hardly.? He scoffed, giving himself a good shake. He glared at her in defiance, steel gaze narrowing as he watched her. Novocaine could not read the silver woman, and it bugged him. He wanted to be able to understand the woman, find a way to bug her, she seemed to have a knack for irritating him and it simply wasn?t fair. OOC. Sucky post is sucky. |
