For the first time in a long time, Enola was scared out of her mind, so scared that she frozen up in the open as the storm raged on. She crouched there, curled up in a ball as tight possible, ears pinned against her head, and tail wrapped around her small frame. It was back, just like when she had been with mother, father, and her brothers in Seracia. The wind, it was rushing through the land so fast and so hard t had begun to hurt her ears. Not only that, it had picked up debris laying on the ground like rocks and branches, as well as yanking branches and leaves from the few trees dotting the landscape.

Faolan, she had to call him. Carefully she would pull her head out from beneath her tail, her body being pelted by the harsh rain. Head lifted to the sky, and with all she could muster, the girl would send a call out for the boy, or anyone nearby that could help her. With the winds, rain, and water coming into land, there was no way in hell she would be able to make it someplace safe without somebody guiding her. The joys of being blind and in unfamiliar territory.

This was the worst weather Dutiron thought he had ever seen in his so far short life. The earthquake had certainly seemed rather huge at the time though this storm limited his vision, the winds ripping painfully around him and the weather was simply downright awful and to top it all of the river was flooding. His plan was to head further inland, perhaps find his family, someone to wait out the horrid weather with or see what the plan would be for the pack as a whole. Of course however plans could be changed rather swiftly as he heard a call upon the air.

The sound was rather faint with the roar of the storm overpowering it, he would halt in his motions, ears straining to listen over the weather and confirm that he wasn't simply hearing things there was definitely someone out there though and he would give a shout of his own in return, encouragement for them to continue to make noise so that he would be able to locate them. It took a little longer than it perhaps should have done but at last he would come across the girl. Her name he wasn't actually sure he could recall, he'd never spoken to her before though he had seen her within the pack, normally with Faolan.

"Are you ok?" He would enquire as he came to a stop at her side. Was she hurt, was this why she had called for help?

Faolan had been looking for herbs around his parents' den when the storm started. Dark gray clouds came rolling in without warning and the wind picked up as Faolan's scooped up marigolds in his mouth. His gaze moved towards the heavens and the clouds broke open. Rain sailed down to the ground and the lands of Sawtooth, vast amounts that were sure to stay. Without hesitation, Faolan checked on his parents and Steel before disappearing to head home.
The howl that tried to reach him did, but it was a miracle to have touched his ears. He would know that cry anywhere, even if it was only a sliver of what could have been heard without the storm carrying on. His silvery paws, now muddy brown from the ground, pushed through the mud and carried him in the opposite direction. He had to get to her, he had to...
When he saw her curled up in the fetal position, he didn't stop moving. The ground squelched beneath his feet, making him stick in various places for only a few seconds. Faolan fought with the rain and slickness of the ground with each step he took, but he finally got to her side. Dutiron the second was already there, making sure that she was okay.
Faolan reached her, coming up on her other side so she wouldn't be confused. He looked at Dutiron and then at her before lowering his head down to meet her ear. Salmon pink tongue ran across her ear and the side of her cranium, brown nose working to check for any wounds or scrapes. His silver lips met her ear and said, "It's okay, Enola. Dutiron and I will get you to safety." His silver tail, heavy with mud, swept behind him as he nudged her to get her to stand. He dutifully stood beside her as he waited for Dutiron to do the same. "There is a den not far from here that can house us until the storm passes."

Ears perked up at a response, somebody was nearby and calling back to her, but it wouldn't be from the person she hoped it was. It was disappointing but Enola would just have to suck it up and deal with it, it may not have been Faolan to answer her but it was still potential help. With a deep, shaky breath she would call back once more, a bark to help guide the individual towards her. All the while she was still frozen in place, body soaked and trembling, unable to move without someone right beside her.

A voice, asking if she was okay. Enola's head lifting from beneath her paws, milky grey eyes falling upon the figure when her head turned towards where she thought the person was. ?Y-yes... I mean...? Her voice struggled to get the words out clearly and loud enough over the rain, shaking her head in frustration. Before she even realized it somebody else had approached the two, coming up on the other side of the girl. Who? Breath was caught in her throat at the feeling of someone close to her ear, then shudder as a warm tongue ran over it and the side of her head. Faolan, she knew it the moment he spoke.

The girl sighed in relief, pressing her side into his. He mentioned Dutiron, the other male with her, one of the many family members that made up the pack. A nudge was all it took to get the girl to shakily stand, legs threatening to give way beneath her but thankfully she was strong enough now to keep them steady. Faolan brought up a den not far from where they were, that it could house them till the storm passed.

"The storm..." She whispered with head low, brows together as she thought about it. "It's happening again, isn't it?! Her voice rose, ears pinned tightly against her skull as she glanced towards the silver haired boy. "Like the storm in Seracia when I was a pup." It couldn't be, no! That storm was horrible, people had been hurt, their home was wrecked by the winds and trees fell down.
