ever since we met

Natalya was simply exhausted. She had traveled far into the east to visit some of the packs there and was anxious to get back to her family, but her energy was waning. She walked so slowly that Poe had taken to riding on her shoulder so that he wouldn't get ahead of her. She knew she was close, only a journey through the trees from her borders, but she need a break.

She found a tree to lay beneath, curling into herself between the massive roots, her presence almost veiled by the long branches of the willow. Soon she would complete her journey and return to the comforts of her home and family. For now, a nap was in order, with her raven watching over her.
