What Have I Missed?

The perfect combination in existence -- of Maija's beauty and Taurig's hardworking features -- briskly jogged towards Arcanum's borders. Hesitation did not come to her this time, for it had prevented her from visiting the first time she ever appeared. A smile swiftly crossed her features as she remembered the entertainment that came from her arrival the last time. He was certainly a handful of fur and muscle, but she had enjoyed the attention and the pleasure that came from the interaction. Pandora's body had tingles run down her crown to her toes, making her skin prickle and a sigh leave her lips. Time was not to be wasted, however, so she continued at a steady pace to her mother's new home.
After meeting with Freya a few days before, she found out that two of her family members had found safety within Arcanum's borders. Such dark rumors circled the pack and its name, but Pandora didn't let them bother her. Her mother may have become darker since Taurig's disappearance, but that didn't mean she didn't love her children. Since Pandora was the apple of her mother's eye (vanity, of course, made this a perfect explanation), she figured the golden-furred beauty would always feel this way.
Confident, golden-dipped paws crossed over the colorful border, making unseen swirls dance around her limbs. Eyes of turquoise blue blinked and kept a look out for any signs of her mother. She didn't know Maija had chosen her home in the Moor, but Pandora would have avoided going there anyway. Maija didn't care about getting dirty; Pandora was still high-strung about getting one single fur follicle out of place. Nose became more focused as she honed in on any piece of life nearby that resembled her mother. She was ready to see her and become united with the divine entity of golden bitchiness.

This is my choice Her mother was going to kill her. She was wandered off, snuck away without notice by some miracle. She would wandered through the moor until she found the plains. She hadn't been here since the meeting, and her mother hadn't allowed her much time to explore before taking her back home. She would wander aimlessly, audits swiveling, nostrils quivering. This place was so different from the place her mother called home. Snow covered the ground! She had never seen snow before. She would leap and bound through it, squealing with delight. It was so cold though. The frozen substance clung to her pelt as she continued to play, stopping only when a strange scent caught her attention. She would halt, falling silent. Uncertainty filled her as she looked around, spotting a tall dark wolf approaching. Ears fell back. She didn't know this wolf, this wolf wasnt at the pack meeting. Suddenly she would regret coming out to explore alone. But rather than running and hiding, she would stance her ground. Hackles bristled as a low growl slipped from her lips. Her tiny attempt at looking intimidating. This was her home! <3 |
