They'd weathered the storm well, Nysa had found a hole for them to crawl up into, though had they more time he would have protested that it had been much too small. By morning he was rather sore and couldn't wait to get out and stretch his legs. She'd done her best to keep close to him, the whole night he was squished up against the dirt wall while she slept against his chest and stomach. She was much too eager to rub herself over him, though Nysa had always been a tease and he couldn't blame her for her nature. He'd bite back any protest that might have fallen from his lips before falling asleep beside her.

Now that the experience was long behind them he still had a crick in his neck. He couldn't really turn it all the way to the right, and though he tried to hide it from his sister he was unsure of his success considering he'd make a sharp gasp whenever he turned his head a little too far. They hadn't split up again quite yet, and as he heard something crash through the forest he couldn't help but to quickly take a look at it. The result was a rather loud cry as his body protested.

She was out and about as always, the violet girl. It was beginning to become obvious that she wasn't going to get much bigger, much to her chagrin. Nearing the apex of her height, the girl currently stood somewhere above thirty inches. She was edging closer to the volcano, where she'd had her last wholesome family gathering. Vi and Des had brought her there to meet her big brother, who would have been taking care of her. Only, he hadn't showed. Regardless, shit had hit the fan, and she had yet to return to the place. It made her hackles stand on end, that place. Currently, she was ambling through the forest and making a list of the pros and cons of going to the volcano. Her foot connected sharply with a fallen branch, which went skidding across the forest floor to crack against the base of a tree. She winced. Whoops. However, a sharp cry arising from somewhere closer to the peak caught her attention. It was decidedly masculine, but she wasn't sure what had caused it. There didn't seem to be any disturbance among the stones and rubble, so no one had been crushed recently by falling rock. Alabaster toes flexed in the soot before she made her decision.

Onward would the girl trek, seeking the distressed party. It wouldn't take long for her to locate a behemoth of a male, dark as the mountain behind him, staring directly at her. This guy was even bigger than Bacc, probably even bigger than miss Birna, who had left the pack so suddenly. His expression looked like an accusation, as though she'd done something wrong. She scowled at him, not liking the look on his face. What was he looking at her like that for? "What 'cha starin' at me like that for?" She snapped, audits laying flat against her skull. Tail tip would flick irritably, mismatched gaze venomous. She hadn't done nothing wrong, and here this jerk was, glaring at her like she'd just killed his grandmother. How rude. She stood her ground, at least twenty paces from the giant. She wouldn't stand for such injustices. Innocent wolves getting glowered at like that was just plain indecent!
