It's about to go down

The dark-pelted woman strode through the land, her half-tail swishing irritably. The sun hung low in the sky though there were still at least a couple hours left of daylight. Her fiery eyes scanned the area, ensuring no one else was hanging around the area as she searched for a satisfactory spot for a well-earned nap. The last few nights had only offered a few hours of fitful, nightmare filled 'rest' if you could even call it that. She was cranky, angry, and more than ready to have some alone time. Curling up beneath one of the cypress trees Mara nested herself among it's roots, a soft sigh escaping her as she relaxed a bit. Reentering these lands had only made her nights worse, but she hoped that maybe finding her children again might help her with whatever was wrong with her. It was clear to Mara something was amiss, though at the time she would not know it was because of some awakening sense of morality deep within her crying out to punish her for the things she'd done before having her children. The woman shivered a bit as the wind rolled over the sand, ruffling her thin pelt and making her shiver. The sky was clouded over and it looked like rain was a possibility. Great. Add cold to tired and irritable and Mara was a far cry from a happy camper. Walk. "Talk" "You" Think |
