Ardora at this point had accepted that she would likely never see her tribe again. It had been years since the disaster, and not a single one had surfaced. It was saddening, depressing, and disheartening all in one. and yet, she knew it was for a purpose. After all, her God wouldn't have her go to this strange land unless he had a purpose for her. Question was, what was that purpose? Already there were troubling factors that she had consider - the return of the Fallen God's followers and this land, and her God seemingly encouraging interaction between them... Despite in the past, it being recommended to avoid them. What did he want from her? What were they planning? She sorely doubted that Svelmina was willing to play nice again.

It seemed again though, that her God had a purpose for her once more. A strange feeling it filled her just a few hours before, encouraging her to move, to travel, to go in a certain direction until she reach this destination. And this destination, was interesting. Filled with herbs, plants, and wildlife, it seem to Haven in the south. Why was she here? Why was she urged to come here? She suppose she would find out.

With purpose Malleus strode into the heart of the Abraxas' future home. They weren't quite ready to leave their current territory but Malleus had decided to go ahead of them and look the new lands over once more. With moving day fast approaching he was becoming paranoid that others might swoop in and claim the lands. The fear was most likely unwarranted, but he hated the thought of them reaching their new home and discovering that someone else had gotten there first. Of course he would be willing to fight for them, but it would be unwise to do so while packing a horde of children.

A vaguely familiar form up ahead arrested his progress. Malleus looked the figure over and upon recognizing her his gaze narrowed suspiciously. It was that heretic he'd met last year. Their encounter had been brief but Malleus' distrust had endured.

Had he not been preparing to call this place home and had he not been on a mission to ensure the grounds were unoccupied, Malleus would have given the woman a wide berth, but as it stood, he could not. "So, we meet again."

Malleus has a barbary macaque companion named Pascal. Unless he is mentioned IC it's safe to assume he's not with Malleus.
