Gossamir returned to Tortuga with a smile on her face after the lengthy an educational training session held by the Abaven alpha. Bass was a curious male indeed but he had a friend in the young fae. Such a gentle soul, though she worried about him. Kindness was greatly considered a weakness in the world of wolves and he could easily be made a target.

Regardless though the training had done one thing, it had boosted her confidence and confirmed a fact she'd long debated. She was a healer. There was to be no more hiding behind the title of novice. While her specialty would always lie in poisons she at last had extensive knowledge on using herbs to heal, just not heal. In addition Gossamir felt it was time to finally move up in the ranks. She wanted to help other healers and while it was perhaps a shot in the dark she saw no reason not to take it. Tipping back her head she called for Qanik or Roman. She knew where she wanted to go in life.

The lack of a cura had perturbed her. Gossamir had been working in her training, but Roman had wanted to speak with her- about her confidence before giving the young wolf such a promotion. She had been interested in seeking if Gossamir would request to remain in the healing specialty, or if the she-wolf would request to work towards something else. She had waited, rather curiously, for the girls call, and when it echoed through the forest- she stood. She shook the debris from her coat, and turn towards the sound, as she let out a small sigh. She was tired, but her duties were necessary. As she approached the gray woman, she smiled letting out a warm bark of greeting. "How goes it, Gossamir?" She inquired quietly, as she halted a few feet from the other wolf.

Gossamir could feel the nerves fluttering in her stomach. It felt strange to ask for her rank to be raised but she was confident now in her skills both as poison master as well as healer. She needed to believe in herself. If she stayed quiet and sat back and watched then she was never going to be able to move forward. It was time to stop waiting for things to happen and start making some waves herself.

Gossy turned and smiled as Roman appeared. "Hello Lady Roman! It's going pretty well. I just got back from a mass healer training at Abaven. It was very enlightening." Ok, deep breaths, deep breaths. It wasn't going to hurt to ask. "Actually, Roman, I've been studying hard. I feel as though I'm a successful healer now in addition to being a poison master. I was wondering if you might find me suitable for the rank of Curi?"

Roman listened, as Gossamir answered her, an easy smile stretching as the lady mentioned attending a lesson at Abaven. Her mind darted to Bass for a second, and she bit back a chuckle. Gossamir went on to mention her studies, and ask for a rank of Curi, and Roman smiled widely. "I'm delighted to hear, that you feel ready to be a curi- Gossamir. I'd been meaning to ask you about that rank myself." Roman said easily, she definitely trusted the grey and black dame's healing abilities. I grant you the rank of Curi." She confirmed, really quite pleased that this was indeed the path that Gossamir was wanting to take. "I have no doubts you'll be a superb healer, and of course an amazing poison master, should we need those services." She said with a grin, oh the possibilities. Perhaps she should take to poisoning her enemies.
