She had never been to this side of the Bifrost before. In fact, she didn't even know all of this was here. She had stumbled upon the land bridge on accident when she was trying to flee the downpour of rain and storms and had gotten turned around. Now she was here in unfamiliar lands, but after a few days, she had to admit that she quite liked it. She had found this place in particular, and it looked like some sort of graveyard of sorts. Perfect. She felt right at home! Her ears perked as she caught the sound of fighting in the distance, and she didn't miss the stench that this place gave off. She imagined this was the equivalent of the Battlefield back in Boreas, so of course, she threw her head back and called for someone to fight her. Were the wolves here different than those in Boreas? She supposed she'd find out soon enough. OOC//will likely be dropping her skills low and removing gear in an effort to get that elusive loser award :') Dominance spars only pls! "Medusa"

Takeshi was, perhaps, too far south for his own good. Especially since he knew his father’s pack was somewhere around the southern portion of Boreas. He hadn’t seen hide nor tail of the man since he’d abandoned his family, sweeping away in the night without so much as a goodbye. It still made his blood boil to even think about it. But he also wanted to poke around and see how prey was looking. He’d had several hunts around the parts he was in before, and he’d been contemplating having another group hunt to bring back to the bursting borders of Ashen.

His scouting was interrupted, however, by the challenging call of another wolf. He paused, contemplating for a moment before turning and heading in its direction. Being this close to his sperm donor had made him tense, and he could use a good workout. The Ashen Dragon approached, offering a wordless nod in greeting and vaguely noting that her scent indicated she was from before taking up a defensive position across from her, glowing red gaze leveling on his opponent as he waited for her to begin.

Speech

She did not have to wait long before the most interesting wolf ever showed up to answer her call. Her eyes went wide and her head tilted dramatically as she stared at the wolf. He was glowing! He had scales and horns, and he was pretty big! A bit taller than her of course, and he was by far the prettiest, glowiest, sparkliest wolf she had ever seen in her life! "Ooh! Medusa gets to fight a big, glowy, pretty boy!" She exclaimed. It was a compliment of course, not an intent to flirt. She wouldn't know what flirting was unless she was taught. Maybe. Hell, it was likely that if it smacked her in the face, she would be oblivious to it anyhow. While the glowy male didn't say anything, she supposed he didn't need to. She set herself up with practiced ease before launching herself at her, dual-toned gaze glancing over his features as she figured out where was best to attack. With a playful grin, she sought to charge at the younger male, bounding towards her left as she aimed to bring her shoulder in against his right shoulder, fangs seeking to grab his lovely curled horn in an effort to control his head. Takeshi hadn’t been expecting to be called a “big, glowing, pretty boy”, the sentence making him falter for a moment. It was the first time he’d ever been complimented like that, and he fought off a blush. It wasn’t that he thought his opponent was attractive, but that he very rarely ever received praise. He gave himself a shake, saying nothing. Then, she finally began, lurching forward and sweeping to his side to try and grab one of his curled, pointed horns. He grunted, allowing her to latch on before he struck out his foreleg to attempt to sweep her legs out from under her while also learning into her to try and slam her into the ground with his weight.

She had succeeded in grabbing onto a curled horn, though she had half-expected him to try and get out of the way or at the very least, headbutt her like so many sheep and goats had done to her in the past. But alas, it didn't happen, and she was glad and felt victorious for a brief moment until she felt his heavier foreleg touching her own, and the next thing she knew, she was losing her balance. He leaned into her, further compromising her footing, but she refused to let go of his horn. Out of instinct, she grabbed on tighter and decided then and there that if she was going down, he was coming down too! She twisted her body towards him, extending her forelegs to try and wrap around his neck. With his horn still in her jaws, she hoped that she could bring him face down into the dirt using her dead weight to help!
