A sudden drop in the thicket leads to a surprisingly tall cliff side. The slope of the rocks is almost completely linear, leaving little to no leverage to crawl back up. Should you fall in, if you even survive the fall, you have to swim to safety down the beach. The water below is icy and still enough to reflect the rocks towering above it, giving the appearance of a somehow even longer fall.
