A nearly impossible-to-see area of quicksand, this place is one of the most dangerous in all of Boreas. It is concealed by the surrounding scrubland at the base of Mount Volkan on the western side of the volcano. The quicksand traps wayward travelers almost instantly, and for those inexperienced with its ways.. it makes for a difficult escape. Fog drifting in from the nearby Soulless Forest at night makes this land doubly dangerous. Those who place a paw wrong here won’t soon forget it.
