A brother for pandia

Ok So the basic principle is that am looking for an older brother for pandia. At this moment I do not have any major plot lines for this idea. however there is a few things I would like this chara to have.

1st. I would like him older that pandia.
2nd The whole protective dominant big brother act would be nice, as if there is a hint of incest maybe ? >.>
