The sturdy boy had been keeping to himself mostly, since his return to Ebony. He loved Valeriya and Kassander as much as he did Andromeda and Gaia and Nemesis but he was having a difficult time adjusting to his surroundings. It felt... wrong, to be there, without his mother or Raisa, or Sindri and Sigmarr and Svetlana. They felt incomplete. The lands were only half-remembered from his childhood and the land he remembered best - the rock garden - was banned for him as it was no longer Ebony land and he had promised to stay in the borders. He should be helping Valeriya with her pack - and wasn't that strange to think about, Valeriya running the pack already? He couldn't imagine his mother or his aunt giving one of them Olympus even if they hadn't been challenged - but instead he'd been brooding, hefty body flopped out by the border with his head on his paws and staring out of the lands. He didn't really feel a longing to go wander or anything, but he was feeling a bit... empty. He missed what they'd had when they were pups, the closeness of their mixed family and the love he'd always thought his mother and Raisa shared. Why did things have to change? Had any of it even been real to begin with?
His useless body would still continue to live, even if it was without purpose. Regardless of how anyone felt, with Ada gone, he was nothing. He had been nothing before he found her and he was nothing again now. Everyone was stronger, everyone was more at ease with the world and yet he just wanted to let this body die and be used for something better. Food, if he was eaten it would just be better. He didn't even consider how Val would feel, even she seemed to be on the brink of his list. What if even she disliked him, everyone else was up for betrayal anyway. Solas needed a master to control his life, and the only one who had done that was now gone.
A boy would be spotted under his blue gaze, the dark xanilov tilting his head a little. Who was he? Not that it mattered, he doubted that himself would be around for much longer. As Solas slumped towards him, letting his tail droop, he gazed with no emotions at him. He did not speak, for words were precious to him, that and if he spoke, it was something out of turn. He was beneath, everyone.
