The girl giggled. Yes, giggled. A year ago she would have been repulsed at the thought. But now, she found herself lying on her back, staring up at the clouds and she giggled. She'd spent a year and a bit of isolation from all. Simply praying to the gods. She hadn't seen another wolf in over a year. What had happened to her sister, Virgil? Her mother, father? Perhaps she had some little nieces and nephews running about. Silently she gazed at the sun with her fiery eyes as it continues to dip towards the horizon, towed by Helios. Perhaps it was time to re-emerge. Who knew. What had happened while she had been hiding away?
