"Speech"

Now that Leo had paid his visit to his sister and her small, growing family he was off to find Amalia again and make sure she was doing well. It had been even longer since he had seen her last, but last he heard she was part of a pack up north so he figured at least someone there was looking out for her. Before he headed that way, however, he wanted to just take a look around at the territories that surrounded The Range. While he still wasn't entirely sure, some part of him thought that it would be incredibly poetic to return his parent's pack to The Range whenever he finally managed to do it. If this was the case he wanted to see what surrounded it, just in case they ever needed more hunting land or wanted to expand outward.

He padded lazily through the winding rows of trees, sniffing and smelling the subtle, sweet scent of fruit despite the fact that the branches were bare and that any fruit that might be left was currently covered with a layer of snow. He figured that in the summer time this place would absolutely reek of that sweet scent. He padded forward, breaking the surface of the otherwise perfectly flat snow and leaving tracks of his paw prints behind him. Sapphire eyes glanced around at the numerous trees, wondering how many prey that fruit might draw in during the warmer months.
