Thank God You're Not An Annoying Teenager

Odette walked through the unfamiliar territory, eyes filled with wonder. She had heard that there were some fascinating herbs only found here and that was what she looked for. Her ears remained perked and her eyes continued to take in the newness of everything. If she wasn't a North baby, she would have considered coming here to enjoy a nice day of relaxation. Alas, Gargoyle's genetics didn't overlook her, so she carried her pelt with pride and continued to walk among the growing greenery.
As she continued to enjoy her visit, she caught a familiar scent on the wind. Eyes wandered for a sign of movement within a few meters from where she stood, but nothing. She heard a soft snap of a twig, however, and then began to increase the speed of her walk to see if it really was who she thought it was. Her massive form stopped near two bushes and she saw a large coat of white that she immediately connected with her mother. "Mom..." she asked before slowly walking through the greenery to see if it really was her.
