She had been sick for so long, but now she was finally completely well. Under the watchful eye of her children she had fully regained her strength. She had finally regained all the weight she had lost during her illness, making her regain the soft, womanly curves to her body. Her fur was shining and her ice-blue gaze was bright and clear. Finally, for the first time since she had begun to get ill, she felt like she was presentable enough to go find her mate.

She had honestly been avoiding him, not wanting him to see her in the state she had been in. Nothing was attractive about her being scrawny with fur sticking up in every direction. She didn't want that image of her in his mind, she only wanted how she looked now to be set into his brain. Now she was presentable and oh how she had missed him. Perhaps it was incredibly vain of her to care so much about how she appeared to her mate, but it wasn't something she would budge on.

Jian made her way through the ship, seeking him out and following his scent to track him down. She finally spotted his pale form, his back to her so all she could see was his rump and his black tipped tail. She stopped in her tracks, a small grin tugged at her lips and finally she spoke, waiting eagerly for his reaction. "Lel."

She had been sick and he had taken it upon himself to look after their children, she had also seemed to avoid him… a thought that angered him. Still as her voice echoed around him, speaking his name a shiver ran through him. It had been much too long since he had laid eyes on her and as he spun around to look upon his sister, rising to his paws as he did so, his tail slowly waved out behind him.  Though his expression was vaguely happy he did his best to keep it impassive.

Slowly he would begin towards her, allowing a purr to weave into his voice as he spoke. “Long time no see, stranger.” He hoped she could hear the slight edge, to know of his displeasure. Still he would finally flash her a toothy, slightly lopsided grin.
