New beginnings

Despite settling her new home nearby still the forest would call to her and in response the woman would answer, flitting and frolicing through the trees like the sprite she so resembled. A cruel smile would layer itself across inky lips as she lept through the underbrush, fleeing the colorless world she lived in to the darkness of her beloved forest. It always held such gems, just treasures and adventures. A smile would twist and curl along her lips, growing wicked with each bound and leap. She was silence, passing little more then a whisper, marked forever in the memories of the trees as gnarled boughs reached down to grasp at and pluck at emerald fur. She would leave tuffs behind. Allowing herself to become one with the forest. She was here for no particular reason today, belly already full from a meal the day before, wretched deer, she hated deer. Most meats tasted foul to her now a days only the flesh of her own kind really stating her hungar. Hmm... Maybe she would go for a hunt...

The cherry babe had slipped away again, a habit of hers it seemed. In truth she had no real idea where her mother had gone… nor her siblings. Not that she had any real qualms about them… they hadn’t been exactly involved in anything that had happened as of recently…
She wanted her daddy! Though she very much doubted that he was here… the forest seemed eerie. Fog swirled around delicate ankles and she curled her lips up at the dampness that clung to her fur. A lack of a throne may have discouraged a lesser wolf but the girl was still a princess, one without any real claim at this point maybe but she was certain that would one day change… if only she could get out of this forsaken forest.

The sounds of another would alert her, paw falls as they were placed with no care, stepping on branches and twigs here and there. A smile would twist up the woman's lips and she would turn, ready to make her kill, only to see an oddly familiar face. Who as this? The child was of a pale coloration with splashes of brown. How odd... And yet... Had she not been the child with the scarred ugly woman? Brow would quirk and smile would fade as she changed direction and headed slowly towards the young girl. "Are we running away from home? Or simply looking for some quite time?" Her words would announce her presence as she hopped from some under brush, looking to come and stand a bit to th child's left hand side. She would stand at an easy distance as to not crowd the child.
