As if stealing his family hadn't been enough, Valentine had chosen to claim the Range as well. Scorpion had clearly gotten the message before Soliloquy had been able to pass it on, though it was rather hurtful that the man hadn't thought to check on him before fleeing or had he and Othello somehow discovered the imprisonment and known that they wouldn't be able to follow?

He wasn't certain though he planned upon residing quietly within the range until he thought of some solution to this horrible mess. A scent had caught his attention though, one that couldn't possibly be ignored and intrigued by it all he had ventured from his hideaway to follow it and find out the full details behind this curious discovery.

Revenge had heard about the claiming of the range though he'd yet to go and look for himself. He was almost fearful about what he was going to find there. Though everyday he would draw more near, eventually he knew he was going to have to look for himself. Had his parents even still been living there? Thoughts of what might have happened to them flashed through his head as he walked through the territory, still debating about getting closer to the range. Though he wouldn't even have to work very hard to realize a familiar scent had welled up beneath his nose. Soliloquy.

His ears and features would perk as his eyes sought out the man's similar form. He and Revenge could have been twins were it not for his own taller height and darker eye markings. Eager to see his relative, and to see if he too had joined imperium's ranks when the range was absorbed. It wouldn't take long to find his uncle, and Revenge would come creeping up on the older man. "Uncle Sol?" He'd ask as he came up to the side of the white wolf. "Why have you come here? Are mom and dad here too?" He'd ask unabashedly, completely unaware of his being claimed by his alpha.

Sure enough his nose hadn't been lying to him at all. The family resemblance between the pair was funnily even more striking than Soliloquy and Scorpion shared themselves. He'd never been close to the boy, barely older than a child himself it was ironic really that he had avoided kids, confident that he wouldn't get on with them. Undeniably in the case of Revenge and Mercy it had initially been jealousy that caused him to keep his distance, they had suddenly arrived and stolen his brother's attentions. Clearly he had been worried for no reason though, they hadn't returned the same compasion for Scorpion or had they been taken by that arse as well? Was he not happy enough with his own meagre family that he had to steal others?

As Revenge asked his question however Soliloquy would quickly come to the correct assumption that Revenge and likely Mercy too were here by choice rather than imprisonment. Truth be told he was immediately furious with the idea they would select to spend their time with someone like Valentine but abandon their own parents. He hadn't realised her pain right away though even Sol had noticed the sadness that had surrounded Othello, understood now why Scorpion had spent so long trying to find his lost children. How long had they been living next door and hadn't even cared to visit?

"Your alpha is a dick." Ever the eloquent wolf, what a wonderful reunion this would likely prove to be. "I did not choose to come here and your father is most certainly not here. The real question is what are you doing here? Following him and completely ignoring your own family." His words were not happy though he would give his nephew a chance to explain.

Revenge was usually the one to notice small details, especially with the body. Soliloquy did not look his best. There were some few day old wounds, though from the look of him the boy would guess that his pride might have suffered a larger wound. His words would only confirm the mood revenge saw on him. Calling his alpha a rather vulgar word for male reproductive parts the boy was already a little confused. Valentine had been nothing but welcoming and supportive. He hadn't really expected the next words, he'd never thought that Soliloquy had any kind of affection for he or Mercy. Though the words did sting from the truth within them. "I didn't think you cared." He'd retort back, "I'm a healer here, when Mercy left, I had to follow her. Guess I just never made it make home." He couldn't help but shrug off the question. "But if you aren't here by choice, then what happened. Why didn't you just leave the range?"

Revenge was rather calm, annoyingly so in fact. There was no questioning why Soliloquy had felt the desire to insult Valentine, instead he would ignore it and move on with the conversation. It he studied the details further he may have considered it a good sign, the boy wasn't going to stick up for Valentine just yet nor was he going to attack Soliloquy on the matter. Anger had been boiling close to the surface for a while now, disguising the shame and guilt that he was feeling deeper down.

"Well I understand, it is such a long trek back to the range from here." He commented dryly. The boy had no excuse at all and though he wasn't exactly fond of Othello he knew the woman had missed her children and they had been so close this entire time. He had no real attachment to the two kids, but for this betrayal to Scorpion and even to Othello, he would be hurt.

"Apparently the Destructions have become some what of a collectors item in his mind." Soliloquy responded, the insults may have calmed down though his hatred for the man was still clear in the bitter tones to his voice. He didn't even know the half of it, had he discovered the other recent addition to Imperiums ranks was in fact a more distant Destruction relative and dating Valentine, Soliloquy honestly would have thought the man had an addiction.

Revenge would continue to watch the older Destruction, similarly bright yellow gaze lingering on his uncle as the boy tried to read him. There was no excuse Soliloquy would receive, but Revenge's loyalties were with Mercy. He held little affection for his father, but in the end he would regret hurting his mother. Not that he was much willing to discuss that with Sol. Obviously the man was very sore about something. Had Valentine not only claimed the land, but the family that lived there too? Then why were his parents not present? He'd avoid the confrontation again, that was Mercy's role really. Revenge didn't usually want much part in sparring, especially with his words. "So who all is here? Since somehow my parents left?" Revenge had no idea what his relative had been up to, the last thought he would have was that he'd found a girl and made a family. He'd pull his haunches beneath him as he settled to talk with Soliloquy. And then maybe his alpha.

Scorpion had on many an occasion received the verbal abuse from something that was irritating Soliloquy. The male wasn't really one to sit down and have a quiet heart to heart conversation, instead would lash out in this sort of manner now. Revenge took it well, perhaps not quite as well as Scorpion who would at times get a kick out of seeing his brother's annoyances spilling out like this but at least Revenge shared some sort of understanding that his father did, would lash out in return.

"I'd imagine so." Soliloquy informed him, words slightly calmer the shouting helping to some degree though still the annoyance would ring through his voice. He hadn't heard anything from Scorpion and certainly assumed that the man would have dropped by for some answers if he had remained in the Range. Truth be told though he envied the freedom, he hoped that Scorpion wasn't stuck here too. "It's just me, Isolde and your cousins." Of course Soliloquy hadn't seemed like the type to have kids, Revenge had no idea who Isolde actually was either but he would deliver the list without a more detailed explanation.

Obviously Soliloquy had about as much of an idea where Scorpion and Othello were as Revenge did. At least that's what it sounded like by his uncles answer. He didn't really care to seek them out either, but if they happened by he wouldn't have avoided a reunion. The list wouldn't ring a bell in his mind, the name Isolde was quite foreign to him, but the mention of cousins was strange. "I have.. cousins?" He'd ask, somewhat in disbelief. Did Soliloquy have Orchid's babies or was he talking about the children that Scorpion and Othello hoarded? Surely the pale man before him hadn't brought any more Destructions into the world.. had he? That did seem the most logical of answers really. "You have children?" Certainly one of the last phrases he thought he'd be giving to Soliloquy.

That would be what Revenge chose to focus upon now. The fact that he had cousins. He hadn't cared much about his family a while ago, had been happy to remain oblivious about all that had been going on in Scorpion's life and the lives of any that associated with him. Honestly Soliloquy wouldn't blame the boy for choosing to stay out of his life, he hadn't been a good uncle after all now suddenly he wanted to know, was stunned by the idea that he had cousins through Soliloquy.

"Yes." He confirmed, tone a little short still. It truly wasn't the thing to focus upon in the story, the entire point was that they were all trapped here because of that alpha. He had disturbed their peaceful lives, and for what Soliloquy still couldn't understand. "Though your alpha seems to think he's entitled to have them as his own." The grumble in his voice had raised again, the topic falling back to Valentine once more had lifted the anger up a notch, threatening to unravel whatever momentary calm ranting at Revenge had allowed.

Soliloquy's mood would get anything but better as he answered Revenge's question shortly, obviously incredibly unsettled. Though the boy could hardly blame him, being held against your will was hardly something anyone wanted for themselves. Even more now he was convinced he needed to talk to his alpha. Why would he want to hold his family prisoner anyway? Why had Valentine taken away his uncles children? There was only a worried curiosity on the boy's vague features as his gaze found the earth. "You should probably go kill something to get your mind off things. Maybe avert some of that energy into something useful." The words were kind of quiet as he pondered, Valentine looked highly on those that participated. Even the lowest of ranks could gain favor. "I think I might go talk to him." There wasn't anything Revenge could promise his uncle, her didn't know Valentine all that well and was unaware how he might act towards him if he spoke up for his kin. It was worth a shot though. He'd turn to leave, looking back at Soliloquy to see if he was needed any longer.

There was likely a better way for him to spend his time, to use that aggressive energy though Soliloquy wanted no part in benefiting Imperium in anyway, the only direction he wished to move through the ranks was completely out of them with his family in tow. To drag Revenge and Mercy with him would take his fancy as well, though it seemed rather unrealistic in all honesty. If they hadn't visited the range, they were hardly going to leave their new home with their uncle.

He wouldn't answer Revenge's initial suggestion though the latter comment wouldn't calm Soliloquy down at all. His pride had already been wounded enough by his loss and imprisonment having his nephew go beg the alpha on his behalf seemed even more pathetic. A small growl would rise in his throat at the idea, he wouldn't attack Revenge though he certainly wanted to get across how bad an idea he felt that was.

"No." An order more than a request really. At the end of the day his words might not change Revenge's mind at all. "I won't give him the pleasure of anyone running begging to him." There would surely be another more respectable way to get out of this mess.

He hadn't really expected the response to his offer, a growl before he barked an order. Revenge wasn't sure how to feel about that, but he wouldn't say anything still unsure of everything himself. If he wasn't going to talk to Valentine he would go and seek out Mercy. Soliloquy's presence was not ideal and the boy was eager to be back in his sister's arms. "Whatever you want." he'd answer, "Can I do anything for you though?" He might have left his family, but he was still willing to help them if they needed it. Soliloquy might not have been happy about the situation, but really it could have been much worse. He was still posed to trot off, even if his destination was different.

It seemed that Revenge would listen to his words, though of course Soliloquy didn't really know just how much he could trust his nephew. They'd never been close and how long had the boy been gone for now, how long had he been in this pack leaving himself open to be tainted by their ways?

He would still force himself to calm however and simply shake his head in response to his offer to help. The boy began to head off though suddenly an idea occurred to him. Revenge wasn't a prisoner, perhaps he would be able to check on the children for him. "Revenge." He called out, looking to his nephew once more. "My children, just make sure no one has hurt them. Shakespeare, Caesar and Colette."

Soliloquy had no reason to trust his nephew besides the fact that they shared the same name. Revenge wasn't going to purposefully go against his uncle's wishes. So if he asked him not to talk to Valentine he wasn't going to. He preferred the background anyway. He'd happily stay in the shadows and watch it all play out. There was one request though, to make sure the safety of the three children in question. Now Soliloquy would name them, and Revenge would remember the titles. Revenge offered the man a nod of his head in answer, he could look in on the pups for his father's brother. Maybe Mercy knew where they were. With out much more contact Revenge would take his leave with a flash of his tail and a trot in the other direction.
