Barely escaping death was not something that happened on a regular basis for the behemoth. Her starry pelt was thoroughly soaked in seawater, though she was only now beginning to feel it. She'd passed out halfway through her little swim to the islands far off in the distance, and it was astounding that she hadn't simply sunk beneath the salty waves and drowned. However, here she was, sprawled out across the pallid sands. With a low, rumbling groan, her crown reared up to cast her rosy gaze about the area around her. The sun, now high above, was baking the salt of the ocean into her glorious coat. Normally this would infuriate the celestial titan, but she couldn't find it in herself to care altogether much. Exhaustion had taken hold of her very bones, and something nagged at her mind. Mithras.

Where was he? Energy was found, somewhere deep in her body, and she hauled herself to her feet. Her crown whipped to and fro, her every movement frantic. "Mithras!" She bellowed, vocals hoarse with abuse by the marine air. Every line in her immense body was taut as a bowstring, and she was all but in despair. Where has he gone? Another, desperately louder cry of her brother's name breached the air, croaking from her jaws. She bounded to the farthest end of this tiny island she'd found herself on, a mere sandbar, and searched the horizon for a familiar form. Nothing. Whirling around, she roared for him in the other direction. She'd already lost her baby brothers, she wouldn't lose him too. Determination claimed her, and her gaze hardened. Shaking as much of the sea from her pelt as she could, she sought out the nearest land mass. She would await him there, and seek him out if he did not show here soon.

It was a fair distance from where she was now, this new place. Worry set itself upon her. There was no hope for her of getting there before the sun set, not with her body so battered as it was now. With an inaudible whine of discontent, the strength drained from her frame and she dropped harshly onto the sand. Shelter needed to be found, but first, she would rest for a while, take stock of any injuries. Her crown swung about to fix her glare on the horizon from which she'd come, eyes rolling irritably. "Se razbira, vtoriot nie navistina treba da se držime zaedno, toJ isčeznuva. Krvava orev." She grumbled, shaking her head a few times. With a sigh, the colossal femme began to get to work cleaning the ocean from her pelt. The sand and salt were beginning to itch, and there was no way she'd put up with that much longer. As well, it would get her mind off of the turmoil within her chest.

Translation: Of course, the second we actually need to stick together, he disappears. Bloody walnut.

He had not been doing nearly as much wandering as he had in his earlier days, quite liking the cliffs that he had stumbled upon. But on this day his wanderlust had grown, and with reluctance he had left the cliff and headed towards the sea. That was the scent that he had last smelled on Astrea, and it made him realize that he had not seen the ocean for quite some time. So he made his way to the shore, the water dotted with several islands. Seerten fell to his rump, massive head tilting to the side. It was warm enough today that if he really wanted to swim across, he should be fine. His mix of wolf and dog fur made it interesting when he got wet, half of him drying almost instantaneous while the rest of his wolf hair hung there dripping wet. He really did look silly when he came out of the water, so he just tried to ignore it when he could. But it was then that a call rang out, his pointed ear twisting while is flopped over one just kinda perked a bit. Was there someone stuck on the island out there? It was quite small looking from here, but he kind of dreaded going into the water. Seerten was not a vain wolf, but he didn't like getting made fun of. When the woman cried out again, he sighed and slowly trudged into the waves. But it was noon, so hopefully he would dry off fast.

Reaching the island, he rose his giant form on to the sand, shaking out his coat. The wolf fur on his chest and neck still dripped, his tail soaked, while the rest of him looked dry. It kind of looked like someone had somehow cut off the rest of his hair and just left it short. Sighing again, the hybrid dragged his damp paws through the sand towards the woman who had called. As he neared, he heard a very strange language slip off her tongue. Was that... Slovenian? Some of the words sounded muddled, but some were close to the Slovenian language. Even more curious now, he picked up the pace and rounded the bend. And when he spotted the woman he had come here to see, he froze in his tracks. A galactic landscape spread before him on her coat, looking like she had parted with the sky and taken on the galaxy itself. Chocolate brown eyes blinked towards her, finding himself feeling like he was going to faint. While Astrea was the goddess of stars, this being before him appeared to be a whole galaxy. His jaws had parted to speak, but only gibberish flowed forth from his open yap. Realizing that he was being stupid, he snapped his jaws shut tight and eyed the woman. And holy crap she was taller than him. Never in his two years of life had he ever, ever met someone taller than he was. He stood at an impressive 40 inches, but she looked like she was at least 5 inches taller than him.

Seerten knew that he was being quite rude, but in all honesty he felt like he was going to pass out. He had never, ever seen a creature like this, and he could sit here and stare at her all day. If only social prodigal said that that was the norm. Bu it wasn't. "Hey there," he said at last, longer than his usual pause time had passed. Dammit he was being an idiot, but he was blown away but this wolf. "Sorry for staring... but you really look like you just landed here from the stars. I have a friend who would have died to meet you," his voice was soft and calm like it normally was, but he didn't come any closer to her. Really, he could have drowned trying to swim here and he was just dead. But he looked down at his legs and wiggled his toes, and they were still normal and spotted.

"Talk" "You" Think

Seerten is a wolf x dalmatian hybrid, and has a mix of the two breeds coats. Most of his body is the thin, rough fur of a dalmatian, while his neck, chest, and tail are long and furry like a wolf.

"Speech" thoughts actions

A slender form paddling through the sea wasn't lost on the celestial behemoth, who watched it with glittering amethyst eyes whilst she chewed on her claws. Forelimbs cleaned of all sea gunk, she was now worrying at her toes and the sand caught between them, not to mention her abused talons. She'd focus on the rest of her pelt when that was done. The creature waddled onto the shore, but she wasn't quite paying it any mind so far. Her gargantuan paws required some care at the moment. However, what she didn't plan on the creature coming so close to her, nor did she expect it to turn out to be something that looked somewhat canine. Her cranium snapped around to lay her gaze upon the creature, and all at once the need to find her brother started setting off alarms in her brain.

Barreling forward, the cosmic goliath careened into the canid, forepaws lifting from the ground in an erratic move to lay him out on the sand. Towering over the stranger, she started her less than polite information gathering. "Dali ste videle brat mi?" She demanded in her raspy, abused voice. "Dali ste?!" She roared, hoping to keep him trapped between her two immense forepaws until he yielded information. "ToJ e visok, kako mene, i toJ ima mnogu poveḱe boi vrz nego. Zlato i bela, i negovite oči se kako ogan i mraz." She rattled off his physical description with only mild hysterics beginning to flood her voice, urgency putting her into overdrive. Her soaked tail whipped back and forth, and she started to ease backwards as her gaze flit to and fro across the distant coastline. A shaking breath escaped her, tremors beginning to find their way into her muscular limbs. "ToJ mora da raznesuvaat tuka nekade, toJ ne može da se otide." She practically whimpered, easing away from the canine now to frantically scan the visible ocean again. Just a glimpse would be all she needed..

Pacing across the sandbar, she all but forgot about the pale creature she'd just run over. Where was Mithras? She shook seawater from her coat thoughtlessly, the itch and burn of grit digging into her flesh bu a minor concern right now. She needed to know where he was, if he was okay. Surely he was here somewhere. With an irritated growl, she rounded on the alabaster form on the opposite side of the puny land mass. Now she realized it was an odd looking thing. It was a male, but of what kind? Short fur covered much of it's slender form, save for it's long tail and ruff. Amethyst orbs widened for a moment, before she busied herself puzzling out the creatures appearance. Yes, it was a canine, that was obvious. What kind of canine though? "Što po ǵavolite si ti?" She inquired gruffly, head cocked to one side. It wasn't often she was confused by something so simple, but her mind was addled from lack of food and fresh water, not to mention intense fear after having barely escaped from her certain death.
