They where finally settling in to the beach life, he had checked up on a few of the wolves and was happy with the progress he was seeing. He had managed to catch up with a few of his siblings but not yet all of them. Today he would find himself exploring further into the main cavern, past the fresh water that flowed from the mountain and into the sea by underground passage, providing them with a source of fresh water. He moved past the caverns with glow-bugs perches brilliantly on the cavern wolves, offering light and brilliance throughout the cave, he moved silently passed them so not to disturb them and risk their lights winking out. He moved past the cavern with little whistling holes that sung as the outside wind howled against them, and moved deeper yet into what was now his families home, searching and exploring, partially, but also sort of drifting by well he was lost in thought, of Anais, his family, and all the things he loved. |
